Do I need any technical knowledge to deliver these sessions?
No. The modules are written and structured for business owners and HR managers to deliver. If you can chair a team meeting, you can run this training. A full delivery guide is included with every subscription.
What format are the modules in?
PDF and Markdown. Print them for a workshop or display them on-screen during your team meeting. No apps to install, no logins for staff.
How do I prove training was completed to my insurer?
Every module includes a completion certificate template. We also provide a completion register template — a simple table where you record staff names, dates, scores, and manager sign-off. That's the document your insurer wants to see.
Can I customise the materials with my company logo?
On the Enterprise tier, all materials are fully custom branded with your logo, colours, and contact details. On Essentials and Growth, you can add your company name to the completion certificates.
What happens if a staff member fails the quiz?
They restudy the module and retake within five working days. Our delivery guide includes a full protocol for handling first failures, second failures, and escalation to HR if needed. No one is expected to get it right first time every time.
